If your package has been confirmed delivered with USPS and you did not receive package you must file a claim with the mailing carrier. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages
The only way we will resend or refund tracking must confirm that the package was delayed/lost during TRANSIT. This does not apply for any package that states DELIVERED in mailbox/door man/porch, etc
